In the mobile app, after selecting the Wi-Fi network and entering password, Wi-Fi does not connect and the app reports "Access point not found"


  • Try power cycling the Controller, and retrying.
  • Use your phone to check that the Wifi network can actually be found and signal strength is at least 3 bars.
  • If possible. try moving the Controller closer to your Wi-Fi router and try again.
  • If there are many Wi-Fi networks nearby, there might be interference problem on your network. You might try changing your Wi-Fi router to a different channel.
